The Disney Halloween Festival has been running at Disneyland Park since September 26. Anyone planning to visit during the season should check the refurbishment calendar first, though: a number of attractions in the first park will close for part of October. At Disney Adventure World, the already-announced long-term closure of Crush's Coaster continues.

Disneyland Park: the dates at a glance

  • Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast: closed October 5–16.
Fantasyland:
  • Mad Hatter's Tea Cups: closed through October 2.
  • La Tanière du Dragon (the dragon beneath the castle): closed October 5–9.
  • La Galerie de la Belle au Bois Dormant: closed through October 9.
Adventureland:
  • Pirates' Beach: closed through October 23.
  • Pirate Galleon: closed, no reopening date given.
Frontierland:
  • Frontierland Playground: closed October 12–16.
For Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, this is a short maintenance window. The ride only reopened in December 2025 after a major overhaul that refreshed the façade, neon lighting and Buzz statue, upgraded the vehicles and restored several Audio-Animatronics figures.

Disney Adventure World: Crush's Coaster stays closed

In the second park, Crush's Coaster has been closed since September 7 for an extensive rehabilitation. Based on current information, it is not expected back before summer 2027.

A Main Street ice cream shop closes too

The quieter season affects dining as well. According to fan site PixieDust DLP, The Ice Cream Company on Main Street, U.S.A. closes from September 28 until further notice, while The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour is set to stay open throughout October. Both had been operating on weekends only in September. At the time of the report, Disneyland Paris had not yet updated its official pages.

Good to know before you go

All dates are subject to change, and unscheduled closures can happen at any time – check the Disneyland Paris app on the day. The Halloween season runs through November 1, and on October 31 Disneyland Park stays open until 11 p.m.
